A NEW RESTAURANT UNDERWAY!!!!
More exciting news on the forefront................
Have you heard yet??? Kelly Jae Graff and Elaine Laux are teaming up to bring you a new Goshen-based eatery called Noodle Heads. Our new location, scheduled to open in late May, is just a few store fronts down from Kelly Jae's Cafe` and the Next Door bar. Kathy Komorowski, of Warsaw, Indiana, recently joined the staff to assume the role of Operations Manager for Noodle Heads.
As you can imagine, Kelly is busy creating innovative dishes, all with an "Asian fusion" flair, to be offered at the new restaurant.
The concept is quite simple: new styles of noodle preparations, the freshest of ingredients, self-serve, affordable, generous portions, made to order, neighborhood feel in a downtown trendy, casual and communal dining arrangement.
Contractors have been quite active in readily completing our "one-of-a-kind" interior design for Noodle Heads.
Stay tune for more updates, prior to our grand opening. We think you're going to love it!!
Kelly Jae's Cafe is on a corner on Main Street. When you enter the restaurant, it has charming string lights that seem tree shaped along the brick walls on both sides of the dining room. There were three of us and we shared the crab won-ton appetizer with an incredible seedless blackberry sauce. Each of us chose an entree to share. We did share a dessert. OH MY GOD! Molten chocolate fudge cake and vanilla gelato to die for!!! I generally don't care for dessert but did manage to down a few bites.
Kelly Jae's was not inexpensive. It was an excellent value for the food and friendly service. And get this! Kelly was busing tables and chatting to the guests. She is self taught and from Goshen.
