A NEW RESTAURANT UNDERWAY!!!!
More exciting news on the forefront................
Have you heard yet??? Kelly Jae Graff and Elaine Laux are teaming up to bring you a new Goshen-based eatery called Noodle Heads. Our new location, scheduled to open in late May, is just a few store fronts down from Kelly Jae's Cafe` and the Next Door bar. Kathy Komorowski, of Warsaw, Indiana, recently joined the staff to assume the role of Operations Manager for Noodle Heads.
As you can imagine, Kelly is busy creating innovative dishes, all with an "Asian fusion" flair, to be offered at the new restaurant.
The concept is quite simple: new styles of noodle preparations, the freshest of ingredients, self-serve, affordable, generous portions, made to order, neighborhood feel in a downtown trendy, casual and communal dining arrangement.
Contractors have been quite active in readily completing our "one-of-a-kind" interior design for Noodle Heads.
Stay tune for more updates, prior to our grand opening. We think you're going to love it!!
A wonderful and unique restaurant in Downtown Goshen in the former Bluegill building. I like the whole concept of this restaurant. Yes it is a tapas restaurant, but unlike other tapas restaurants I've been to, this one incorporates fusion cuisine and larger portions. The idea is to have everyone at the table order a different item and then share with everyone. It is a great way to sample many different dishes and taste sensations. We went on a Tuesday night. They were jam-packed. We were not expecting this, but were grateful we made reservations. This is a fresh and wonderful place in Goshen. It was worth a trip from South Bend and we will definitely be back. Incidentally, I order the Pad Thai as my dish to share... It was absolutely amazing!
